Order Processing Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM  (CST) Monday to Friday, closed Saturday Sunday.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is $6.99 for all orders.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7 – 15 business days (may take longer depending on the destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Please note that cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee if the order has already been processed.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.
